ProGroup UK is a boutique consultancy with a UK wide reach. Since 1997 we’ve successfully guided candidates to their perfect job and helped our clients to find the right people for their business.
We also provide leading recruitment solutions to assist in manning long and short term projects. The group as a whole runs a full payroll facility and pays workers in line with current EU employment regulations on a weekly basis.
The group is made up of four main divisions: ProStaff, KTS , Wesley Clarke Associates and ProEducation.
Our Divisions
ProStaff works in key industries such as education and learning (ie: apprenticeships arena), engineering, automotive, aviation, F1 and rail. The focus of ProStaff is to place permanent candidates.
WCA works on a retained basis by its clients to search and select middle management and board level executives usually working for their competitors but not exclusively.
KTS is the contracting/temporary arm of the group. Using a large database grown over the past 20 years sourcing contractors/temps on an hourly or daily rate basis to cover project needs.
ProEducation is a staffing agency for teaching staff. We provide teaching staff with temporary and permanent work in local schools and nurseries across the UK. We’re here to help our teaching staff find their perfect job.
